There is no fee for visiting our Toastmasters Meetings.
 
There is no requirement to join Tozai toastmasters club,  however we ask all non-member guests to visit and join our meeting at least three times before applying for membership.
 
After you've visited our meeting three times, and if you like what you see, you can become a member.

Our semi-annual dues are 5000 yen.
